A five-month-old tiger cub looks at a rabbit in Jiufeng Forest Zoo in Wuhan, Hubei province January 23, 2011. The rabbit was put in the enclosure as a training exercise for the tiger to stimulate its hunting instinct, local media reported. Picture taken January 23, 2011.

  1. This is actually horrible! I understand that its vital for the tiger because it needs to gain its huting instincts as its in captibity. But i have 8 rabbits at home, and three of them look exactly like the one in the image :(

  2. In nature the rabbit can run for life; here it is not hunting at all, the rabbit has no escape. Please at least put in holes so the rabbit can hide, otherwise this is cruelty!!! Please stop.
